 Minnesota Workers Compensation Law

Regardless of who is at fault, if you are injured on the job in Minnesota, Minnesota state workers’ compensation laws ensure that you will be compensated. In Minnesota you do not have to prove that your employer caused the injury. The employer must pay for your medical expenses and you will receive a portion of your salary during the time that you are unable to work. You may also receive compensation for a disability and job re-training. At a minimum, all medical care will be paid for by your employer under workers’ compensation laws
